What hapened to the 99cents per call, anytime

I cancelled my contract to make use of your prepaid offers. I Bought airtime and started to use it. To my dismay I found that the offer of 99cents to any network, any time did not apply as I paid R6.23 for a call that lasted only 2.10 minutes. If this is your callrate, I will certainly not keep my Cell C connection. I also had my family ported to Cell C to make use of your free minutes.
