I have received a statement from Vodacom which indicates that my balance is R-532.00 but when I call the accounts department I am simply advised that on their side it reflects a 0.00 balance.
They cannot explain to but simply advised that I am up to date and that the statement shouldnt reflect a credit balance.
If a provider cannot explain its own charges then that says a lot about how the consumer is being ripped off.
Do not ever subscribe to them unless you wish to irritate yourself and be ripped off
