A miriad of statements received when only asked fo

I spoke to Colin today requesting that he send me a statement from 01 December 2012 to date.
I suddenly received a miriad of e-mails sending me statements for the last 3 years!!!
This is not what i asked for!!!
Secondly, at the top of the statement it reflects an outstanding balance of R19.75 AND YET AT THE BOTTOME OF THE STATEMENT IT REFLECTS A CREDIT BALANCE OF R19.75.
So which is it, a credit balance or an outstanding balance???
Lastly, if it is a credit balance, when and how will this be refunded to me and when will this account then be closed???
Surely call centre staff could be a little more proactive and note these things when speaking to a customer instead of trying to get rid of them as quickly as possible!!!
