Paid Account. Statements still reflect a balance

I had a huge argument with you in November regarding my account that has been settled in full. You forwarded correspondance from the credit bureaus requesting that my profiles be updated accordingly. I received a statement from you this month and generated a credit report to find out that you fools yet again keep sending me statements with a balance and keep supplying false information to the bureaus about a balance owed to you.

Are all the employeres at JD Group, or are you simply stupid?

I am going to forward this information to an attorney to resolve since you buffoons are running a circus at JD Group.
