I registered via MTN Direct to renew a contract online. Call center phoned me, but I was on my way to a class. Asked them to phone me in an hour, they did not. Phoned MTN Direct this morning - they have not received an online application - TWO WEEKS NOW - I will rather migrate my phone to Vodacom now, I just had enough of the bad service from MTN.
