I am due for my upgrade. Some one contacted me about 3 weeks ago to ask me what I wanted to upgrade to. I can't remember his name. He said he was going to email me details of the new contract I was interested in. I have not received an email or heard from MTN again.

I DO NOT WANT TO GO INTO A SHOP.

I would like to do this over the phone as I was told I could do. I went onto your website to try and order the phone online but the APPLY NOW button does nothing. This after I clicked on the Samsung S4 advert and got taken to the Nokia Lumia page. I called this number 0118089000 but the line just gets dropped.

I would like to upgrade my account. I would like to give you my money. But I can not get hold of you. The customer service at MTN is atrocious. ATROCIOUS! And this is pre-sales!!! Please will some one contact me so that I can upgrade my account.

I don't actually want to complain, but how else can I get hold of you???
