Poor service deliveries

I have ordered a laptop contract from Autopage in the beginning of April. The lady didn't even call me back to say how the application went. I reaplied on the 29th of April again, its been approved and all documents been sent. Its now the 9th of May and I haven't heard anything from them. When I call them to get a progress report I was told they have a logistics problem and that other clients are almost waiting for 2 months for their supplies. How can Autopage do business like this. Its been amazing to see they are still in business.
