Worst service eve

After paying 8TA for over 3 months without my line being connected, meaning they are collecting my money for nothing, they decided to cancel my contract without giving me any further information.
I sent a number of emails requesting my refund, they keeping quiet as if they no longer exist. I do not understand how this company works, I just want all my monies due to me as they have cancelled the contract so I can move on and get a better service elsewhere.
