Seriously??? How can a company be this bad at ensuring good service to a customer. I have sent through a cancellation notice 3 times in the past 6 months to close my account. Each time there is a different excuse why it can't be closed. First time was because I wanted to port out to another service provider but no one from client services informed me that if I do not sign immediately with another service provider then my account automatically stays active. Second time I tried to cancel, I was told there is an outstanding amount (bearing in mind that I have not received a statement since I sent through my first cancellation request). After settling the supposed outstanding amount I resent my cancellation notice only to receive an e-mail this morning informing me that I have an overdue account balance (again, I have still not received any form of statement) Regardless of the "open" account, my previous cell number has never be "re-activated" at any stage. So I am forced to pay for a service that I am not getting.
