Internet disconnected since December 8th

We have had no Internet service since Sunday, December 8th. We have called Telkom numerously on a daily basis hoping to have the matter addressed. To date we have had no indication as to whether the problem will be resolved nor as to the time frame. Working from home we specialise in Web development and every day not having Internet is a day we loose money and deadlines.
