Copy of Contract

I want a copy of the contract, waiting almost a week for it, but we signed a sms bundle for free and they never loaded it, when we reported it to Vodacom Potch branch they said Headoffice must load it and Potchefstroom Branch doesn't want to sort this out, simply doesn't care, even the manager NEVER phones back or answer our calls.
