Hello Brian. I am only directing this to you as I have dealt with you before and trust you can sort this employee out.
I had a call earlier from a lady from Autopage value added services. She wanted my dads number (as my contract is in his name, although i pay for it off my account) She asked me who paid the bill so i said I did. My father then phoned me to say she had called ME and I agreed to a whole bunch of services, which I DID NOT! it is a blatant lie. I want to find out who this disgusting employee is. I have received a whole bunch of smses telling me im subscribed to a whole range of things, no doubt which costs a small fortune. I then called and told them to take me off, which she said she did, but i haven't received confirmation of that! I want all of those services removed asap please. I DID NOT AGREE to anything. The order number is 1677680-0
