Activation of mobile services, I did not agree on

A call center called me and activated services on my account and sent me smses for which I never agreed on.
Emailed all of the email addresses I received via sms and received emails back to say the services were cancelled on the same day.
My account came and they charged me R60 and 1 service was not canceled. I have all the evidence, times of calls smses received and emails. I have emailed all tho to them, yet they only want to refund me R26. 87.
I am now trying to take this further. I have been with them for 12years, after this indecent not sure If I will renew the contract. Rob Godfrey 082 328 7910
