Thabo, the upgrade specialist advised me last week Wednesday that a phone was ordered for me, delivery would take 3 to 5 working days, yesterday being the 5th, and I have not received so much as a call from him. I would now like to officially cancel my contract with cell c, so please get the relevant person to contact me and advise me on how to cancel my contract.
