STILL no telephone transfer after more than a mont

On the 25 April we phoned telkom to request the moving of our phone (Wiremax) from 1 house to another house on the same property (outdoor transfer). Received a reference no 77357093A and told that the job would be done withing 6 working days. Have followed up on 2 May, 6 May 15 May 20th May 23rd May. The first technician said he was not trained for the job, the next 2 Joe 1 and Joe 2, who came together, said yes they could do it but then phoned and said they had to order cable - the 3 visit, the technician said that we had not requested an outdoor transfer - I then phoned telkom to double check - we had... but techncian Sam - gone. So this has now been going on for more than 1 month which i find shocking service. Anyone who needs to move a phone ask 2 months in advance!!
