Good Morning
Yesterday 28/05/2013, I went to cell c regarding my phone that wasn't working. explained to a lady named Marry Mokona, that my phone was - 3 months old and already it is out of order. I explained to her that this happened on over the weekend and I have missed my appointments as a sales rep. The sim in the phone is one of those new small ones. And the spare phones that I have only takes the big old ones. She was rudely interupting as I humbly tried to adress my situation to her, and I kept asking her to please stop interupting so that she could understand. I asked if she can loan me a phone & she told me that they are Franchise they do not loan phones. She told me that she'll do a sim swap for me for FREE for the big sim card whilst they book my phone in for repairs. I asked her if she gives me this big sim card does this mean she'll re-activate my small one once the phone is fix. She rudely told me that she's no more doing it for free I must now pay R150. as she can see that I will be a problem once my phone is fixed, was very dissapointed, but as the manager came in form the door I explained to him & he kindly assisted me with a smile in no time
