Don't roll your shoulders and tell me I don't know

I upgraded my contract at the beginning of the month, Nokia Lumia 610 - the consultant knew nothing about the phone, I asked her if I can put my memory card from my old phone, Nokia E63, but only to find out that the Lumia doesn't take a memory card. The bluetooth doesn't work even with the old Nokia?!?! I went there last week Saturday, 23 February 2013, at around 10:00 - I explained the situation to the consultant, Ruan I think, he told the blonde lady I said that the phone was faulty and they need to book it in... somehow the message got mixed up, to the point where I had to explain the situation again, to which they still said that they had to book it in. Now this phone takes a special SIM card, so I asked ok what do I do for 21 days because they had no other "loaners"... now they tell me I should go to Centurion?!?! I said that it's out of my way, is there anything else, this lady rolls her shoulders and tells me I don't know, we can book it in... At no point did they make an attempt to get the manager or anything, I wasn't even being difficult, but I suppose Cell C Mall @ Reds doesn't value customers who wear shorts and Liverpool caps... I'm out of space to tell the rest
