O friday i called mtn to do a sim swap and a lady by the name of nozika assisted me... and knowing the process, she did a security check to facilitate the sim swap. and then she asked me which phone i used last time, and i politely explained to her that i had two previous phone i was changing my simcard between... explained i had a samsung S2 ANDan old phone "ZTE" something which has a MTN amblem on it, and this i tried to explain to her numerous times as she said that is the incorrect answer and she could not assist me further. I tried to over and over to explain the phone i was talkinng about and she rudely iterrupted me to say she "will not do what i says and that she will doi what she is telling me, which is that the sim swap will not be done for me"... I literrally had to come her down as she was getting very irritated with me and even started shouting me, i tried to calm her down but was "furious" at me as she just snapped and told me i must call back when iu know my info
