Bad service and incompetant staff

I upgraded my two phones and the salesperson recogmended that I port to Cell C. This I did however I asked for the one contract to be capped or done as a top-up. I was told that this would be fine. The phones would be available within a few days. After many calls and being told that "Samsung were doing what Apple did and were releasing phones a few at a time" and that there is a delay. Every time I contacted them they gave me the same speech. My phones eventually arrived however the one contract was not capped or done as a topup. I was told that that this was my fault.

The staff in the store are badly trained, have no people skills, do not carry out their commitments, are rude and aggressive and when caught out they continiously interrupt and talk over you. I have listened to stand up fights between staff while holding on the line, overheard them rudly describing their conversation with me to others. My problem still has not been solved despite me phoning everyday.

I have had 21 years of good service from Radiospoor/Autopage and am now disgusted with the treatment and complete ineptness of those whom I have now dealt with. Avoid having to deal with this branch at all costs
