I received an iPod 4 from yourselves in March this year, and after your sales department I initially sent me an iPad Mini incorrectly.
I researched the model of iPad supplied to me and it supports LTE. I need the LTE service as I use the iPad for work purposes. I have tried everything to get LTE working on the device with no luck.
I called your technical support department multiple times but no luck.
I'm at the point now where I am convinced that the device is faulty.
What assistance will you offer me?
