Telkom Escalations Centre is useless

I had a complaint posted up on Hellopeter for my order that was placed on 22nd of April and no progress being made and no communication from Telkom's end. I got a response from Muvo Thusi, one of the representatives of the escalation centre here on the HP site. The message was a generic one instructing me to mail [Email Removed] Which I assume is the hellopeter-specific mail address for tending to complaints.

Long story short. I have still had no informative feedback at all from them either. I have been given a reference number, but was given no instructions on what to do with it at all. This person seems to have done no research into my current situation and clearly isn't helpful at all. I have had to repeat my details twice during our conversation via mail despite having all the previous messages attached.

It's been 7 days since I sent my last message to them, and now, a month later I am no closer to having my line sorted out, and I have yet to get feedback from the escalations department again.

Who do I need to contact to put pressure on the people who should be tending to my order? Telkom advertises a "no hassle" line moving service within 7 days. It's been a month.
