Delay in receiving an Ipad

My Fiance, GM de Beer, and myself called on MTN Rustenburg yesterday to buy a IPAD contract. Reason being is that he has his own business the past 10 years and his laptop with all his business and personal information was in Durban over the weekend. We explained the situation and after being sent from pillar to post finally had all the documents the third time around. Due to the nature of our situation, we were promised that the contract will be approved no later than 4.30 today, which is 24 hours later and still no IPAD. Patrick in Rustenburg was very helpful but unfortunately also he could not get this finalised as "Head Office" had to approve the contract. My Fiance is a Private banking Client of Standard bank so there is no reason why this should be delayed. We urgently await your advices and also when we may expect to have the IPad so that he can attend to his urgent business. Thanks. Jani Greeff
