Today 16:50 I was at menlyn mall to query my account and I was assisted by a nice lady by the name of Griselda Tsani who advised me that my account has been suspented due to a non payment and I told her that is not true and shes said it does reflect on the system and I logged on to my online banking and showed Griselda tha the debit order went through on my account on the 24th already (see attachment)
Griselda call accounts department and spoke to Lyndie Magor and explained to her my situation who in in return told Griselda that if the payment doesn't appear on the system it means there was no payment made, and that Griselda must know that and Lyndie was doing this with an attitute (rude), I must say I am disappointed to find such individuals in an customer service enviroment.

I requested Griselda for the contact details and I called myself and spoke to mbuso Mthuli who I explained that my account has been suspented and that I have made a payment via debit order although it doest appear on the system and Mbuso was gladly willing to assist me by reconnecting my service and it didn't even take 3minutes my services we up and running, my contract is due for an upgrade unfortunately I woul
