I opened an account & after the first month I received an SMS claiming that payment had not been made on my account. I called the store to query as i had set up a debit order for this account & was told that on their system, everything seemed to be in order & was told to ignore the SMS. The following month I received a call from RCS saying that I had to make a payment of over R4000 in order to catch up on missed payments.
After I explained the above chapter to them, I was told that the debit order had been cancelled. I asked why the debit order had been cancelled & was told that this automatically happens when a payment is reversed twice. I then asked why the payments were reversed & was told it was due to insufficient funds. I responded by telling them that that was totally ludacris & absolutely impossible.
I have since made payment via EFT & am STILL receiving threatening SMS's of handover, inspite of the fact that this whole situation occurred in the first place because somewhere between coricraft and RCS, someone hasn't done their job.
It's too late to return the goods and be rid of this whole issue, I can however vow never to use either of these organizations again.
