Lack of service and repairs Unhappy consume

My husband bought a Samsung tablet thru Vodacom Riverside Nelspruit end April. 2 Weeks into using it the screen started freezing. Then getting stripes and making funny noises. I took it in 3 weeks ago. Went back after 10 days only to find it had been misplaced and gone. They found it later that day and said i can get it on the 27th of May yet another week later. The explanation: they mixed up paperwork and it wasn't loaded on their system! Surprised to find that my tablet wasn't ready! I was then told Tuesday the 28th well it was another lie!! I was told then Wednesday. After a long fight I was phoned at 12h00 to say its ready for pick-up. At 16h00 it was still not ready. I was told to pick it up from some other store. It was later delivered to my house. When we switched it on it wasn't fixed. This after being told the screen was replaced! REALLY! Its clearly a technical issue! The so called regional manager wasn't 1. JJ from the store didn't even bother to phone nor did he care much when I was there last week. They should be replacing the unit! But guess what I will probably have to hand it in for yet another 2 weeks. Worst is they didn't even check it when it was handed in.
