27 APRIL 2013: Tweet to @MTNza to enquire how to report poor 3G coverage, swift reply giving me a number email address. Send a email to the address same day. Got a automatic reply stating i will be contacted in 96 WORKING HOURS a glorified way of saying 3 WEEKS (8 HOURS A DAY)!!!
23 May 2013: Tweet to @MTNza again informing them of failure receiving any feedback since last correspondence. Swift reply again apologizing and requested to direct message name and contact details.
28 May 2013 5 DAYS later and still no response!!! Tweet Direct Message @MTnza @ 12:36, MTN twitter account replys to numerous other queries but DELIBERATELY IGNORES my tweet direct message!!!
Ive had enough with MTN 2 contracts and 15 years with MTN and get this service??? Cell C or 8ta would get my business after my contracts end!!!
