Yesterday, I sent the following tweet to Cell C:
Cell C I am utterly disgusted by the treatment received courtesy of your call centre consultants! I call 084140, they tell me it is for prepaid clients (that's fine), then they put me through to postpaid c/care. Ntokozo hears my query then promptly transfers my call back to prepaid w/out notice. What IS that?? While I ask for the super on prepaid, my battery dies. How nice it is to be treated like a ping-pong ball!
The response:
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please DM us your details so that we can follow up on your query. ^DK
I sent the requested information via DM. about 1 or 2 hours later. The handle used was @CellC.
My tweet this morning:
I am still waiting for one of your customer care agents to contact me
Response: Please confirm what this is in relation to & confirm your contact details via DM . ^TK
None of their consultants have contacted me.
