NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Once again i called the autopage call centre to speak to a manager regarding a repair that was done on my cellphone and i was told by the consultant that a manager would return my call. A complaint was logged with ref no:- A1305281077.A Manager was to contact me within 24 hrs. It has now been 5 days and i have not received any feedback from autopage. I am disgusted with the service. This is the second time in six months that i am having an issue and i am not receiving the quality of service that a customer deserves.
