I have been having such disgusting service from MTN that its not a joke. Seems the only time i get some type of response is by writing on this website. I have had a billing issue with MTN since about October last year. I was billed for data that I did not use, when inquiring about this I got zero help from MTN, I even offered to take the computer in so they can check it for the data they said I downloaded.
After about 16 emails from my side, I have had 2 - 3 from them in reply, with no solutions. I have tried to cancel the contract and cant even seem to get that right as no one can assist me. Frankly i think the service is disgusting and that the staff are across the board are incompetent, I have been into the MTN stores and spoken to managers without resolve.
I have now been forced to change my banking details to avoid this irritation. So yet again MTN has inconvenienced me.
I would advise anyone who reads this to stay as far away from MTN as possible as they clearly do not care about the customer and the after sales service is non existent.
This is not just a complaint but a warning to anyone about MTN.
