30 minute call wasted!!

So i decide to take up the Telkom Simple uncapped package.
Get through to Chalootte Matlole who said she would help me.

I spend over 30 minutes on the call with her and was on hold most of the time. She wasted my time on a working day!

Every 5 minutes she would tell me something irrelevant and make me hold on again.

I worked for telkom many years and i am highly disappointed that people like her are still employed giving the company a bad name when in actual fact telkom is a good company.
I know how long it takes to activate a new product and she was just wasting time trying to get her call rate up.

Very disappointed telkom!!
