I have contacted MTN about an exorbitant bill on my contract. The indicated that I'm subscribed to a R7 a day service from Opera Telecoms and that I need to contact them in order to cancel this service.
When I phoned to cancel the alleged service they confirmed that I am not, nor was I ever a subscriber.

This is the second month I have been incorrectly billed.
I will be forced to go to the ombudsman regarding this matter if not resolved.

On the MTN website the contact details of this company - the email address is non-existent.
Please assist as it is impossible to resolve this matter with Opera as they claim that I do not exist on their system and MTN is unable to cancel the subscription as I need to contact Opera.
