Useless and ignorant response

I didn't ask Vodacom to explain their arrangement with and responsibility towards the WASPs - we all know what a bunch of they are. Dont tell me how easy it is for you to make money off me by ignoring me - I want the signed contract where I agreed to any/all WASP taking my money via the Vodacom arrangement without Vodacom even checking the existence or validity of any such contract. Don't turn around and tell me that because the money has already been deducted I am not entitled to a refund - that while you cannot prove or show where I agreed to the demanding money from my account. Its Vodacom's responsibility to legally manage my money - simple as that - if its not done responsibly then you are from me bacaude I have no control over Vodacom's actions

I don't care how many times you try and tell me "no refund" is due based on your investigations... your response demonstrate that you haven't got a clue how/what to investigate.

I want a refund of every cent you from me as well as every cent your WASP is from me.
