Subscribed for new iphone 5 on cell C network. Unit supplied faulty and returned after 2 weeks. Went in for repairs on 03/05/2013. Its almost 30 days and no response or feedback. No loan phone offered or offer to replace unit even though this is manufacture's fault. They have lost me as a customer for the future.
