I signed a contract with Cell C over a year ago for the installation of a Cell C tower on my property. After making me jump through hoops with all their site surveys and signing the same contract 3x times there is still no resolve. The last technical site inspection was done and they assured me that they will start construction within 2 weeks. The technical team then left and still 6 months later no response from anybody in regards to this matter. After all of this inconvenience and running around they don't even have the decency to pick up a phone and provide me with any information.
I just hope that all the Cell C clients is getting a better service than this!!!
