We have a data contract with Autopage.
The contract clearly states that an amount of R145 (plus small charges) will be deducted from our account over a period of 24 months. Suddenly, from the beginning of the year, an amount of exactly R233 is being deducted every month. Efforts to contact them have failed.
Their excuse for customer service is dismal. Their people are poorly trained and incompetent. DON'T EVER TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH THIS UNETHICAL AND INCOMPETENT ORGANIZATION!!
