I am utterly disgusted with Cell C and the way that they take their customers for granted. I have a Cell C sim card in my galaxy tablet which has been working decently enough since last year until a month ago. I struggle to get a connection and many times I just quit trying to access internet on my device. I contacted their technical support team and I was asked to fill out a form and specify GPS coordinates of where the problem is persistent. I provided all that information and I was told that investigations will be conductted, 5 WHOLE WEEKS later, I still have not had a response! Cell C, you network speeds are shocking and unuseable for me. This constitutes a breach of contract asI pay you in full monthly and yet you do not provide the service that you promised. Sort this mess out or cancel my contract immediately!
