Without telephone users consent

I am dumbfounded that one can be subscribed to a cell phone mobile accessories service supplier without your consent. My phone has been off for the past three weeks due to my blackberry having been handed in for repairs.

It was a real surprise to find a low airtime balance on my phone after using the sim card for the first time after a period of three weeks.

Does Mtn not monitor these types of activity as i seem to have been subscribed to "buonjourno" at a cost of R11 per day without my knowledge or consent. After much struggle i am hopefully unsubscribed from this.

My complaint therein that we as customers of the network are expected to pay our monthly contract fees but when a loss as this one occurs its only "sorry we cant do anything" in reply.

Mtn please get your act together.
