I have been subscribed to this service without my knowledge. MTN has allowed Buongorno to deduct up to R250.00 from my cellphone account every month!!! I have NEVER subscribed to this and am finding it VERY difficult to get my money back.
I think it is disgusting that MTN allows this to take place with their valued customers without their consent!!! No permission has been granted for this SPAM SERVICE!!!
