FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICE I'M PAYING FOR

My previous complaint was given a so called escalation number. The number allocated was ARS 227748. It's been ten days since I've been experiencing problems with my Telkom line. The initial problem was a crackling noise on the line. The problem has gotten worse as the line has been dead for the past five days. I have made several calls to Telkom's call centre. All I get are failed promises. Having looked at the complaints on, I can see that there are thousands of dissatisfied customers out there. This clearly shows that we are doing business with a company that lacks customer service and fails to deliver. Don't spend money on advertising. Get your act together and provide the service that you should be giving your customers. Afterall you get paid for the service you offer. Is there a lack of management skill within Telkom?
