In 2013 I logged 6/7 errors on my telkom line. I probably had about 3 months of completely no service and 6 months of a line so bad with static and crackling that I was unable to make or receive calls.
From 6 to 24 December I had no service on my line. I tried using the phone over xmas only to find the static and noise was back. I logged another call on 29 december regarding this. On 2 january i received an sms saying my line was tested and free of faults. What a farce! Nobody checked anything. If they did they would hear the noise and static is in fact worse. I have tried to call the call centre but due to the noise on the line I am unable to hear the options, nevermind get put through to an agent. I have escalated on the website as I have done in the past but this never brings any escalation.
Please could someone just come and fix my telkom line once and for all?
