I took my cellfone for repairs at MTN menlyn on the 3rd of May 2013 and when I phoned to check if its ready I was told that it was taken for repairs but this morning I was told that its only going for repairs today and this means my cellfone was never taken for repairs, I was not given a loan cellphone, ref no is Ref 355746041433037
