MTN, i would like to lay my complain against Brendan Naidoo from your call centre. I called to query my delivery and to ask if it was possible to ask RTT not to deliver my phone anymore because of what i had gone through with them. If your calls are recoded for real i would like you guys to listen to the conversation. He raised his voice and he also asked "i really don't understand why you wanted your phone delivered to Joburg in the first place" but that was the reason i called and that was what i was trying to explain to him. He hanged up on me the first time and i called back, we went through the same, He did not understand the root of the problem at all and i asked if he could put me through to someone else who could help me. He kept me on hold for a while and i finally gave up. Up to today i haven't received my phone, RTT returned the phone to MTN but no-one has contacted me to let me know if i will be able to collect my phone from another branch or arrange for new delivery service.
