I just want to thank Moenier de Vries for his excellent help in solving a complaint I had with Vodacom. I wanted to cancel, because of lack of customer service knowledge of the previous customer service people I spoke to. After Moenier contacted me, I decided to upgrade my contract, because he had a solution to sort out my complaint. Vodacom must really try and employ people like Moenier - his helpfulness/friendly manner really made me decide to upgrade this contract, instead of cancelling it
