I renewed 1 of my contract in October 2012, and chose Samsung pocket hand set. I was told if the handset gives me problems within 7 days I should return, it froze within 7 day, I was in Durban for a holiday, I couldn't take it to cell c outlet in Durban because I live in Johannesburg. In Johannesburg I took the hand set to trade route mall, they took the battery off, put it back and they said problem solved and said because the phone is over 7 days old, they could not exchange it . it kept on freezing and I would take the battery off, return it, it worked, then went to Maponya mall in January 2013 about the same problem, they did the same, took the battery out return it, it worked and I was told if it gives the problem again they will take it for repairs. a week later it froze, took it back, same routine was performed but the handset didn't work and they booked it. two weeks laterI got a message to pick up my phone, from repairs. for the shock of my life the handset is isn't repaired. I''m told it's liquid damage. the guys from maponya & trade route mall knows about this handset problem. Very dissapointed about the service i got from Cell -C, got four contract with them
