I had a previous Blackberry. I subsequently upgraded to the Blackberry Z10. My BIS was cancelled for my previous contract. On receipt of my first account I noticed that I was still paying for the BIS services. MTN requires that I pay this extra amount every month till they solve the problem. Everytime I threaten to not pay the extra amount they want to suspend my service. I thus have to pay them every month for their mistake.
