I moved from Cape Town to Kimberley recently and I have noticed that lack of customer service is rife amongst the restaurant chains in Kimberley. For the most part, restaurant staff do not care about customer service at all and I have been disappointed time and time again... that is... until we visited Ocean Basket in Kimberley.
Your staff are very friendly and very helpful! They go out of their way to make each customer feel as though they are being properly attended to. The food is amazing and the portions are generous.
Ocean Basket is my favourite restaurant in Kimberley and you managers and staff deserve a huge pat on the back for their outstanding service!!
