I haven't had Internet connection for about 2 months now. I called Telkom again tonight to try and resolve it. They said that the line was perfect and I must speak to my service provider. I spoke to them and they said the settings are correct I must speak to Telkom. The 2nd guy I spoke to restarted my router for the umpteenth time. The Internet is still not working. I asked if they could send a technician and he said that they cannot send out a tech if there is no fault with the line. He said that I must contact my service provider and if they say there is something wrong then they must send out a tech. I told him that they said nothing is wrong on their side, but he insisted that I contact them. He was very aggressive and unhelpful and didn't try to get alternative solutions. I pay a lot of money for an ADSL line that is not working. If this is their service I will look elsewhere for internet connectivity.
