Bad Service / blacklisted phone

My call has not been resolved USD reference number is: MTN REQ:2161897, its over a week now.

On Saturday I went to MTN shop in Brooklyn since i have not receive any feedback from the call center. I received great service at the MTN shop at Brooklyn. f They consultant who was assisting me notice that my phone has been blacklisted within few minutes.

when i called 173 they didnt notice this i was told to change my sim card. I don't understand why MTN has blacklisted my phone. Please resolve this matter ASAP. I received my phone last year 15 May 2012 from insurance claim 24 hr mobility
