I was to and totally humiliated

Bought a phone cash on the 2Nov there was only a dispaly one left whne the phone was switched on I'd did nt want to so agent charged it gave the phone to me with my receipt and left went home phones battery was faulty took phone back on the 23Nov agent told they cannot exchange its after 7days when. I purchased phone the store was so busy nothing was explained to me agent did not even ask for my ID. Or prove of residence I will report this to Rica its illegal and a crime they took my phone did not give me any prove that thay took it said they will call me once they get feedback from Vodacom went back to the sore to follow up on my phone coz I heard nutin on the 30Nov the agent told me no we have not heard anything I need some feedback from a regional manager cos the agent and store manager was very rude she in my face said she did tell me about 7days but nutin was said they refuse to give me they're full name said they not allowd to do that I will take this matter to CPA and RICA Edgars will get into big trouble they must give they staff and management proper training on how to train staff I felt insulted because the store manage Devon was very very rude he b elived his agent
