1) My account has erroneously been debited for the last 3 or 4 months.. I often check my balance of minutes/MB etc and I can't seem to recall ever having exceed my limit!

2) The amount stipulated on my account is therefore impossible based on the above. Cell C has not been able to justify this other than stipulating that some service, Smart Call, has been charging me? This is a total insult and will not be tolerated. I have never signed up for such a service.

3) Until the money is reimbursed in full and I am compensated accordingly I will see this as nothing less than and action by cell C/SmartCall

I want the matter resolved. Who ever responds to this email, please take the necessary time to research the issue at hand before calling/emailing me. This is.
